How to Import Our Public Keys
In order to receive the information and items you provide to our group, as well as to prevent the dissemination and theft of this information and to enhance your security, we have provided a secure platform called GPG for the files and information you provide. How it works is as follows:
Firstly go to gpg4win.org and download the latest version of Gpg4win
Run Kleopatra after installing the file, and then download our PGP public key from here and save it on your computer.
When we want to encrypt and send a secret file to others, we need to get the recipient’s public key so that we can encrypt the file using their public key. To import others’ public keys into Kleopatra, click on the “Import” button as shown in the image below. Then, choose the public key you received from the other person.
After choosing the PGP public key, a message will appear, and in this step you should click on the “Certify” option. You must verify the fingerprint value, which consists of 40 characters, via a secure communication channel (in person, via phone call, etc.) with the other party to ensure that there are no discrepancies. If there are no differences, check the Public Key box and then click “Certify” and press “OK” after that.
To encrypt someone else’s confidential file, open the program and click “Sign/Encrypt”. Then choose the desired file and click “OK”
As shown in the image below, click on the displayed button. From the displayed list, select the message recipient and click OK.
It was completed! You have successfully encrypted the files, now send them to us.
